Hidradenitis treatment

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) (sweat gland disorder) is a chronic or ongoing inflammatory skin condition affecting areas bearing sweat glands or sebaceous glands. HS affects inverse areas of the body, places where skin rubs together, such as the tops of the inner thighs, between the buttocks, the genitals, and the armpits. This condition manifests as clusters of chronic abscesses that are extremely painful and may persist for years. HS may require surgical intervention depending on the severity of the condition.
