Kevin P. Yakuboff, M.D., FACS, FAAPS
Kevin P. Yakuboff, M.D., is a plastic surgeon for Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with the added qualification of surgery of the hand. He received an undergraduate degree in Biology from Providence College and earned a medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Yakuboff completed residencies in surgery and plastic surgery at University of Cincinnati and a fellowship in aesthetic surgery in Miami, Florida. He pursued two additional fellowships in microsurgery and hand and microsurgery in Louisville, Kentucky.
Areas of special interest to Dr. Yakuboff include brachial plexus injuries microsurgical reconstruction of complex wounds; acute burn care and reconstruction; and, surgery of the hand.
Dr. Yakuboff is a Fellow of the American Academy of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery, American Burn Association, and American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
